Mrs. KINDA MAHOPA Sandrine has Bachelor Degree of Law from the University of Kinshasa in 2005 and registered at the Bar of Kinshasa /Gombe since 2014.

She advises companies on regulatory requirements, assessment of the risk of noncompliance with DR of Congo law. She also managed several infrastructure projects of foreign governments in relation to DR of Congo law and regulations on good governance guidelines. Mrs. KINDA has participated and has organized many workshops, webinars, and seminars on civil contract law and written several comments and criticisms on legal opinions. She also wrote law review articles on contract and foreign employment contract basics.
